A Libyan medical team at the Al-Khalil Hospital managed to successfully complete a 75-year-old coronary artery transplant.
The medical team headed by surgeon Dr. Dr. Ibrahim Zubaydah, a consultant on cardiothoracic surgery, said the operation was urgent on Friday, as the patient was suffering from a severe blockage of the left main coronary artery. After the catheterization, he was taken to the hospital due to the seriousness of his condition.
